The Outreach, Leadership & Empowerment (OLE) office at LAU stands as the university’s flagship hub for student leadership development. It empowers students to lead with confidence, purpose, and integrity through immersive programs that blend leadership education, practical skill building, and real community engagement. OLE cultivates a forward-thinking generation of student leaders equipped to take initiative, solve problems and drive positive change on campus and beyond.
Through its leadership trainings, experiential learning opportunities, and outreach initiatives, OLE helps students strengthen essential competencies such as communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and inclusive leadership. It promotes a diverse and supportive environment where students can discover their strengths, refine their voice, and advance both personally and professionally.
